การตรวจสอบสินค้า (Inspection upon Delivery): กรุณาตรวจสอบสภาพกล่องพัสดุและรายการสินค้าทันทีที่ได้รับ หากพบว่ากล่องพัสดุชำรุด สินค้ามีตำหนิ หรือได้รับสินค้าไม่ครบถ้วน กรุณาถ่ายรูปหรือวิดีโอขณะเปิดกล่องไว้เป็นหลักฐาน
การแจ้งปัญหาและการคืนสินค้า (Notice & Return): หากพบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับสินค้า กรุณาติดต่อแจ้งทางร้านภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า โดยส่งรูปถ่ายสินค้าพร้อมเลขที่คำสั่งซื้อผ่านทาง Facebook, Instagram หรือ WhatsApp เพื่อให้ทางร้านดำเนินการตรวจสอบและเปลี่ยนสินค้าหรือคืนเงินให้อย่างเร่งด่วน
Order Inspection: Please inspect your package and items immediately upon delivery. If the package is damaged, or if any item is missing or defective, we recommend taking photos or a video while unboxing as proof.
Reporting Issues & Returns: If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send your order details and photos of the affected items via Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp so we can quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
